The Grafton Water District of Grafton, in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, hereinafter referred to as the "District" was established by the acceptance of Chapter 135 to the Acts of 1984 and as amended by Chapter 427 of the Acts of 1987. The Act sets forth the corporate powers and the duties of the District. The faulting Rules and Regulations are supplementary to and in accordance with Section 11 of the Act.
